"The staff was friendly upon check-in. The view from the lobby was impressive but that's about how far our positive impression went. I hate giving negative reviews but this hotel wasn't a pleasant experience. "we had a good time room ocean view was amazing we thought the location was amazing enjoyed our 5 night"

"The staff was great as there were a couple of issues with my reservation. But they were able to sort them out. I arrived early and was able to get into my room. Although I did book the room starting the night before on purpose. (I messed up the date coming from Asia) they were still able to accommodate me. Room was very clean had a balcony and a partial view of the harbor. Great sunset."

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."

"It’s a 50 years hotel. They should time to change the carpet and furnitures."

"The AC was on the floor in the main room, bedroom was humid and no AC. Otherwise the stay was great!"
