"Trés bel endroit , mais publicité légèremernt mensongère (pas 2 wc et 2 Douches en bas , les douches sont à la cave et la cave n'a pas été ouverte ; la maosopn n'était pas que pour nous , le propriètaire n'habite pas à côté mais bien dans une partie de la maison.L'équipement de la maison est trés simple et au strict minimum , il n'y a pas de lave-linge , pas de micro-ondes et pas de balance !!!Nous nous sommes faits arnaquer sur le coût total de la taxe de séjour et nous avons dû payer le peu de...

"Unsere Familie hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Besser kann man in Kitzbühel kaum wohnen. Obwohl alles fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ganz ruhig gelegen. Viele Parkplätze am Haus, schöner Garten und generell hat es alles was man sich wünscht.
Auf 3 Stockwerken gibt es 5 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt und einen Wohn- Essbereich der besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist.
Der check-in war sehr einfach mit Schlüsslbox und bei Fragen war...

"Large, very clean villa perfect for a large family or group that is very close to the Fieberbrunn bahn. Roland was an excellent host who was very easy to communicate with and even had a Christmas tree stand so we could purchase a larger tree. The rooms are large and cozy and then, living area was very spacious. Teens loved the ping pong table downstairs. Would definitely stay again."
