"The room wasn't properly cleaned"

"Friendly staff"

"Excellent quality-price location, clean and helpful cleaners, delicious breakfast. We had dinner once at the restaurant and it was great and tasty. Reception and Doorman service really professional and friendly. Special mention to Julianne, the breakfast host, a shot of breath air and a good singer! The restaurant table staff need to improve their language skills as we had to repeat ourselves many times (I am Spanish but very fluent and my wife is English). It could have just been just a one...

"Parking and grocery store nearby"

"Check in was easy. We were early so our room was not ready but it was easy to check our bags. Good location, close to Grafton Street, St. Stephen’s Green, Temple Bar, and Trinity College. Rooms were clean and modern. We also enjoyed the fact that you could get a quick beverage or snack in the lobby. All in all very good, would definitely stay here again."

"Struttura bel localizzata , tutto perfetto."

"It was very clean and comfortable staff were lovely and helpful always ready to help"

"Solid budget option, genuinely clean and sleek for price in centre of Dublin. Great"

"The hotel is within walking distance of much of downtown Dublin. Trinity College is a few blocks away, as is the Temple Bar district. Guiness and The Liberties are less than a mile away. The hotel is unique (look for the portraits). Do get the breakfast, it's excellent and will fuel you for a day of walking and sightseeing. The hotel and rooms are very clean (although the rooms, like many in Europe, are fairly tight) and the staff was most helpful. Would book again next time we're in Dublin."

"Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms, excellent room service. Sadly I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer but I will definitely return!"
