The open living area features a Queen sleeper sofa, a 40-inch Smart TV, table seating for 4 and access to the private balcony which has to seat for 2. The fully equipped kitchen even includes a full-size dishwasher. Rest and Relax and get a perfect night's sleep in the all-new, remodeled and redecorated bedroom that has a King-size bed. The bedroom also has a large 40-inch smart tv. The updated full bathroom has an all-new vanity and a tub and shower combination.

This unit will sleep up to 4 guests. Enjoy the wonderful views of the bay, ships and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant, handicap bar in the shower). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a gate pass and a parking pass at check-in.

Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
