  • Enjoy the good life in comfort and style at Baywatch, a stunning Tybee Island vacation home tucked away on the secluded North end of the island. This immaculate, professionally decorated home features light, airy decor for the perfect setting to unwind on your island getaway. Relax in casual luxury — you may never want to leave!

    The main level welcomes you with a gorgeous custom kitchen open to the living room, showcasing beautiful hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. A decorative fireplace with a TV anchors the living area, complete with a plush sofa for relaxing evenings in. The dining table seats up to six, and an attached balcony offers additional outdoor seating and dining. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, both regular and Keurig coffee makers, and breakfast bar seating for four.

    Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, flat screen tv, and a private balcony with partial bay views and rooftop deck access, along with an ensuite bath featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also upstairs, includes a queen bed and a full bathwith a jacuzzi tub. A sofa in the hallway connects these two suites for extra relaxing space. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, features a king bed and direct access to the shared bath.

    The basement offers a lively entertaining space with a flat screen tv, entertainment stereo, ping pong table, foosball, games, books, and beach toys. Unwind in the beautifully landscaped yard with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and steps away access to North Beach. Large covered porches provide ample seating to enjoy the Tybee breezes, plus a spacious outdoor dining area and gas grill for cookouts. Beach getaway

Property is conveniently located in the quiet historic district on the North side. The beach is just a few steps and bridge across the dunes located on the bay but very quiet. The ocean is a short walk to an access or beach walk if you’re looking for larger waves. Our family enjoyed this home and the all of its decks (especially after the neighbors trimmed the trees during our visit, even more nice clear views from the lower deck) and look out tower, great for viewing ships and tons of dolphins. This home had everything we needed from kitchen to beach gear.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Staying in this house was a wonderful experience in every way. It’s location is perfect with a beautiful, nearly private beach just a short walk along the boardwalk across the dunes. Getting to Downtown Savannah is an easy 25 minute drive. The house is beautifully finished especially the bedroom suites on the second floor one of which has a view of the ocean. The bedroom on the first floor does not have a closet but there are plenty of drawers and hooks behind the doors. The ‘outdoor’ shower (actually in the basement) was great for was washing off the kids after the beach and the game room provided lots of entertainment for everyone. The kitchen/dining/living room area is marvelous. Although it is an expensive rental it is worth every cent.

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed our stay overall but we did have some hiccups with the property. Firstly, this was one of the cleanest homes I have stayed in. Everything about this home was beautiful. Even though we had some issues, I would still highly recommend them. First, the full bathroom upstairs with the queen bed, the jets did not work. Also, where there were only sheer curtains on the bathroom, the neighbors could see literally EVERYTHING you did in that bathroom. The upper deck with the gorgeous view was beautiful, but I didn't realize you have to climb a ladder to access it and 2 of us were pregnant. Lastly, we did find several LARGE bugs throughout the home. Now, this could be due to a door being left open for a couple of minutes to bring things in, but still, it was not fun. Like I said, the home is gorgeous and being within steps to the beach was a plus. I do feel that they could use better signage to find the property as the home sits on a private drive with other homes and you don't really know where to turn even when following the directions they give you.

Loved Baywatch! My family kept talking about how beautiful the house was and how much space we all had. The house is very close to a beach walkway, so it was easy to go back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. Very close to shops and dining-you can easily walk there. Suggestion- It would be good to add blinds to the 2nd floor bathroom for privacy. We had a great week and hopefully can stay there again!

Beautiful house, but none of the bathroom doors locked.

Wonderful relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very close to the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach was great for walking and watching dolphins. It was perfect for our beach vacation.

Family Time with my Soldier!

We traveled to Tybee Island for the first time this trip and will be back! We rented this house to stay with our family while visiting my son who is stationed at Ft Stewart. We spent three wonderful days visiting Savannah and the surrounding area (which is beautiful!). We enjoyed some excellent family time at the house playing cornhole in the front yard, eating together, playing in the game room downstairs, and walking to the beach. It was the perfect setting for a much needed visit with my soldier!

Great place for a family get-away!

This home is wonderful for an entire family. It is close to the beach, there is a game room downstairs to entire all ages, and it is very close to shops and restaurants while still being very private and secluded feeling. The home is beautifully decorated and cared for on the inside and there is plenty of space for all. We will definitely be back! :)

Family Gathering

The house was very spacious and afforded every amenity you could think of. The only negative comment that I would make is that the house is in need of some cosmetic upkeep especially the markings on the walls and the stains in the carpeting.

Great home and vacation

Our party of 6 enjoyed our Spring Break at this great property. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of games, beach equipment, and a new fire pit. The location was great, away from all the crowds of the pier area but close enough to everything to still be convenient. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around on the island. The location is great for trips over to Savannah, too. And the best part is that the beach is just steps away! Would definitely rent this home and from TVR again in the future!

loved it. but have two problems of note - there is no exhaust for the stove. and the master bathtub drain stopper does not work minor issues but worth noting. we had a great social distancing wedding for my neice.

Home away from home ...plus the water

The property is a comfortable and beautiful home. Rooms and porches are spacious and allow family activity. We truly enjoyed our week. I think the "steps from the beach" comment should identify that the beach is on the river, not ocean. A renter unfamiliar with Tybee can miss the distinction.

My wife, 4 adult children, and grandson spent 5 amazing days in Baywatch. It is by far the best house in Tybee that we have ever stayed. All bedrooms were great and the living room and kitchen were excellent. From biking to kayaking among dolphins, we will have great memories of this vacation!

We stayed at the Baywatch with our 2 children, their spouses and our granddaughter. We chose this house for the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first night our daughter and son-in-law could not sleep because every time they moved the bed made a very annoying screeching sound. Their 21 mo. daughter was also in this bedroom. We tried to flip the mattress, etc. only to conclude that it was the box spring which needed to be replaced. I called the office and she said she would report it to the property manager. Whenwe didn’t hear anything, we moved the mattress to the floor(where they slept the remainder of the vacation). I called again on Monday morning and the girl in the office told me there weren’t any box springs available, but she would tell the property manager again. I asked for a discount since they were sleeping on the floor basically, but she said this wasn’t possible. So, needless to say, I wasn’t happy with the customer service on this problem. I believe a discount should be given.

October 2017 Stay

My husband, my parents and our two year old daughter just stayed at Baywatch for five nights! The house and location were everything we could have asked for and more! It was steps to the beach, coffee, Huc A Poo's and bike rentals! It's the perfect size for six adults!

I wish I could say that I had the time of my life! I'm sure the house is nice but, we didn't get the chance to see it. The management of this property is unacceptable to say the least. We did not get a chance to come and visit due to a hurricane and evacuation of Tybee Island. All we are asking is for either half of our money back or a year raincheck to plan our visit again. We are all coming from different states to visit and are not able to come by January. The company managing your property will not give us an answer as to which option they can provide for us. If we don't get a answer soon, then we will be sure to share our experience with others.

Wonderful! Beautiful home! Lots of space, easy access to nice quiet beach, walking distance to good pizza and beer, would definitely book again.

Had an awesome time with our family. Will definitely come back. So many beautiful memories! House is so spaceous and clean. So close to the beach, Savannah, and shops. Evening dolphin tour with Capt. Mike was so fun. Crab Shack was the bomb.

Loved this property! It was immaculate!

It was a short stay, but we loved our accommodations! We wish we could have stayed longer! The house was perfect for us! Loved everything about it!
