We get it, you didn't come to the desert to stay inside, so come unwind in our resort-style backyard. Highlighted by our pool, spa, sauna and game room garage with Ping Pong!



We've loaded this home with activities for all ages, so no one will ever say "I'm Bored!"

- EV Charger -

We have an EV Charger with a 240V J1772 Charger (If you have a Tesla you will need an adapter). This is not a free charger. You will download an app, scan the QR code and then it will charge you the actual cost of power used to charge.

Guest access

The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.

Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 6. All ages count towards the guest count.



Sleeping: 2 bedrooms (King & King Bed), Each room also has a Twin Pull Out. So we have 4 beds in total.



Parking only allowed on property in driveway (Max 4 cars). Street parking not permitted. NO PARKING IN THE GARAGE.



Commercial film allowed with permit and prior consent. Location fee does apply.



Events allowed with prior consent, location fee will apply, and guests would need to obtain an event permit with the City of Twentynine Palms as well as supply Event Insurance.



Hot Tub/Pool - You are using this at your own risk. No excessive drinking or drug usage while utilizing these amenities. Please rinse off beforehand.



Pool/Spa Cleaning: We keep our pool and spa crystal clear with scheduled cleaning 2 times a week. They will be serviced Mondays and Thursdays. The tech will let themselves into the back yard through the side gate.



Pool heating requires a 24hr notice (prior to check in) and a pool heating fee of $200/night (All nights of your stay required). No pets allowed in pool or spa.

If pool heating paid, we heat the pool to 85 degrees from 8am to 5pm. **Pool Temps can be affected by ambient external temperatures. If there is severe cold, rain or snow, we cannot guarantee temps**.

Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time.



Spa heating is included in your stay. It can take up to 90 minutes to heat up to full temp (depending on ambient temperatures). The spa runs for three hours at a time.



Pets (Dogs Only) allowed only if added to booking prior to check in and a paid pet fee (Max of 2 dogs allowed). Pet fee is $100 per stay. We ask that you please pick up all dog poop, we also ask that if you do not let them on any furniture. If there are stains on couches, rugs or bedding, there will be additional charges for the damages.



CRITTERS: We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside.



- EV Charger -

We have an EV Charger with a J1772 Charger (If you have a Tesla you will need an adapter). This is not a free charger. You will download an app, scan the QR code and then it will charge you the actual cost of power used to charge.



- AC -

When using the AC please make sure to not put the fan mode on "ON" please keep it on "Auto". In Auto Mode it allows the system to go into "cool down" mode to give the system a break every once in a while. Without this break, the compressor can freeze over. If that happens, the only solution is to completely turn off the system for 4-6 hours while it defrosts.

Additionally, do not put the AC lower than 70 degrees or it can also freeze over.

If this happens, you will be charged for the repair/service call outs.



The lot next door to Night Fall is being worked on. We have no connection with them, so are unaware of their schedule or when it will be completed. We have not noticed any significant noise to date but cannot guarantee this will continue to be the case.
