Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. "The property is very nice with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. It has a lot of room and is well appointed. The only thing guests should be aware of is that there are about 30 steps up to the property. If you are traveling to Switzerland, you, of course, expect hills.
