"We had a wonderful stay at Beach Break. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also had the opportunity to watch movies during a stormy morning which was cozy and great! Dauphin Island is a gem and we will gladly return!"

"This is our favorite house of any we have stayed at. It was well stocked with anything we needed. Great location, with a wonderful wrap around porch, including one on the west side to watch sunsets. We hope to stay here every year and have no desire to look at any other homes. "

"We had a great stay and will definitely be back. The location to the beach helped us let our older kids go out on the beach and we could still see them from the house which was nice! It was perfect having a bathroom for each bedroom. I will suggest bringing hand soap for each bathroom as there wasn't any. They did provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Overall would strongly recommend. We didn't bring any pets with us even though that was our initial intention when we booked. "

"The house is exactly as listed. Great location to the beach. We loved the pool and how many rooms it was. The rooms were laid out nicely also. We would recommend better quality bed sheets and better curtains for the bedrooms. They are see through so they let a lot of light in. The sheets are low thread count and felt a little scratchy. The auto lock on the door needs to be fixed as it doesn’t line up when you try to lock it. You have to hold it a certain way closed to get it to lock properly. There also needs to be instructions on how to lock it since it’s not a one touch lock. It’s a combination of two keys. Our power was out all day one day - for about seven hours - we never found out why & we were gone during most of it. But because of that we lost out on the heated pool that day since our trip was in March and the heat was needed. Hosts were communicative about all the minor issues and we appreciated that. Also an FYI - since the house is built up on stilts it does sway slightly in wind. We had a couple of super windy days and it felt a little weird getting used to. We had never been in a house like that, so just a heads up. I would definitely recommend this house and these hosts. I just wanted to share all the details up front. Thank you for a great trip!"
