"It is the people we encounter during travel that make a trip special. Everyone at Europalace was friendly, efficient, and kind. The hotel itself is grand; the breakfast superb. Great walking neighborhood with good choice of restaurants. We would like to have had more time here and will, we hope, return."

"One of the front office staff (he was well dressed and personable) was very helpful telling us how to walk to the War Memorial Redipuglia. It was extremely beautiful and humbling. Also we had to leave before the beautiful 5 am breakfast started and the morning front staff gentleman let us grab a croissant before we left. So kind!"

"Great having free parking and lovely modern room & bathroom. Adored the 2 showers and toiletries! Staff were extremely helpful and provided breakfast to go early on Sunday (due to flight timings). Only 10 mins from Udine which is well worth a visit."

"We had a wonderful stay at Astoria Hotel Italia! The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, with beautiful and unique furniture that gave the hotel lots of character. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the continental breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back🌷"

"I think one of the best customer service I ever had. The Staff is super professional and friendly, from the receptionists to the domestic assistants and the bar attendants. Hotel always clean, very good breakfast. The only thing I wasn’t very happy about was the price of the parking but all the rest was perfect!!"

"Room was kinda okay. Everything worked, but a bit shabby. The location was amazing! Close to the beach and main street, with balcony overlooking the street. Absolutely fantastic location."
