"Clean and comfortable. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice bar and a very good restaurant. Staff was very professional at all levels. Minor complaint is that the room had things like towels, coffee pot, tissues, etc. . . all stored on bottom shelves just above ground level. I am tall, 6 ft 1. It was difficult to bend down and figure out where everything was and how to make a cup of coffee. I did not like this design. Also, no spare blankets. Otherwise, very nice hotel."

"Staff was friendly, and accommodating. Hotel was undergoing renovations so some amenities I was hoping to use (gym and pool) were unavailable. Rooms were clean but definitely showed some age (but seems they’re updating them all). I was able to easily break into my own room due to gaps in the door jams but the staff was able to relocate me to a more suitable room."

"Room was absolutely disgusting. Right upon entering the room had a weird smell. I have stayed plenty of places and thought well I guess I can live with this..... It was late and I was tired but I should have left. I crawled into bed and tried not to question how clean it was. The mattress was bowed in the middle making it an uncomfortable sleep. In the morning, I got up to shower............ I step into the shower and look up and there are dirty wash rags laying across the shower curtain rod. I have never left anywhere so fast. Disgusting!!"

"The Airport Shuttle pickup was prompt. Brittany at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. "
