"Location was AMAZING! And concept is great! Staff was SUPER helpful. Sadly, there is a lot of maintenance that need to be addressed. There is not enough staff on property (our server was also the host and the bartender - he was also the ONLY server for anyone who came in). There is potential for this property, but the prices they are charging are WAY out of range of what they provide (we had to move rooms due to lack of A/C (it was over 95 that day) and phone not working in room - it took over 3...

"We spent three magical nights at Castle Vally Inn. The beautiful location is away from the noise and traffic. We loved watching the mule deer family, wild turkeys and the bright stars at night while relaxing in the hot tub. Jen and Scott are warm, welcoming and cook delicious breakfasts! Enjoy!"

"Beautiful resort. Gorgeous views."

"The lady at our first stop was not very friendly when I asked if we could check in 30 minutes early. The hotel is on the south end of Moab, so we had to drive through all of the town to get to Arches National Park."

"The location was perfect for us to travel to the national parks. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. I would stay there again."

"New place with pool and hot tub. Dog was free unlike other places who charged a fee. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, pancakes etc. Bike storage available but they let us bring them in to room. Had a hose for washing bikes off. On outskirts but who cares…"

"Very clean, newer property. The TV remote was difficult to use and the volume was locked at 10, which was barely audible. Also the location is a bit far from downtown and restaurants."

"Great friendly staff. Clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay"

"I remember driving in to the hotel and seeing plastic on windows and they were in process of painting outside. I talked the couple into staying at this chain hotel because I really like Comfort Inn the best but was a little nervous. My tension fell right off when walking into the lobby and it was so nice and welcoming. Front Desk very welcoming and communicative and when we went up to our rooms, I was in awe!!! The room had an area for the 2 double beds with desk and chair along with a...

"The bed linens were paper thin. The shower had very little water pressure. The breakfast was poor. For the price, one would expect more from a Hampton Inn."

"Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!"

"great location very nice hotel. pool and hot top a bit way. limited menu for breakfast but very good. would stay again"

"Fun stay, the bikes were great!"

"an average 2-bed motel room, external entrance, that was more than fine for 2 nights"

"Clean, everything worked. Friendly staff. Definitely will stay here in our next trip."

"The room is super clean. The crew handling the continental breakfast greeted the guests with big small and care each day. We will stay at this location again. Highly recommend this place to everyone."

"Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location close to Moab Brewing Company, Pizza and grocery store with quick access to the Petroglyphs and Arches National Park. The hotel was fine with friendly staff, our room was quiet and clean. The price was the only thing that was a downside for us, I understand its Moab October, but holy crap, chain hotels should not cost $300 a night lol. Overall experience was great, I would stay here again."
