"Friendly, helpfull and the honest service, best since ever. Reception helped whatever and whenever needed. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"
