Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!

The property was cosy and the neighbours downstairs and upstairs were very helpful and friendly. Staying in the property give me a sense of what it would be like to live in Torino compared to staying in a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the landlord was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to both tourists and business people. My visit to Torino was for business and I was happier to stay in this type of accommodation rather than a hotel since it was more homely and give me a flavour of living in Italy, I got to know two of the permanent residents. One was a business man which further endorsed the property and the other was an elderly lady who give me a friendly farewell when I left the property.

Perfect for 1 person like myself. About 20 minutes from Porta Nueva Train station. Some supermarkets and shops nearby. Has everything you need for a short stay. Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy.

Ho pernottato in struttura di recente. Accoglienza ottima e proprietario davvero gentile e professionale! Posizione centralissima. Ci sono molte opzioni per spostarsi. Camera modesta ma con tutto il necessario per soggiornare, bagno pulito, una TV e in generale ambienti ariosi. Contesto tranquillo e soprattutto silenzioso, cosa non indifferente quando ci si vuole rilassare. Ritornerò sicuramente!

La camera e un po piccola per 4 ma se si organizza bene e gestibile, il gestore e molto disponibile e ti da tutte le informazioni per potersi muovere a Torino, ristoranti...insomma e molto presente e nello stesso momento molto discreto, camera ben pulita e vicina al centro , 5 minuti a piedi dal palazzo reale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La camera in questione fa parte di un appartamento diviso in diverse stanze adattato in b&b, la camera ha un letto matrimoniale un bagno di dimensioni ridotte e privo di bidet, presenta alcune caratteristiche da tenere in considerazione. Aspetti positivi: - La posizione è vantaggiosa, essendo vicina al centro: è possibile raggiungere i musei reali con una breve passeggiata di 20 minuti. - Il letto matrimoniale offre comfort per il riposo. Aspetti negativi: - La zona circostante è degradata, con la presenza di persone di diverse etnie e attività di spaccio evidenti anche durante il giorno. - Il bagno, di dimensioni ridotte e senza bidet, presenta un lavandino di dimensioni limitate. Inoltre, la doccia non dispone né di shampoo né di bagnoschiuma, quindi è necessario provvedere autonomamente.L'unico sapone disponibile è quello presente sul lavandino, adibito a diverse funzioni. Inoltre, il phon non funziona. - All'interno della camera è situato lo scaldabagno, il cui funzionamento produce rumore, risultando fastidioso soprattutto durante la sera. - La camera si affaccia sulla strada, con conseguente disturbo dovuto al rumore del traffico e al suono delle persone. Inoltre, il suono delle campane di una chiesa può disturbare il sonno. La scarsa insonorizzazione delle pareti fa sì che sia udibile anche il rumore proveniente dalla camera vicina. In sintesi essendo il prezzo poco competitivo rispetto a camere di hotel con le scomodità riscontrate non la consiglierei

Muy incomodo y pequeño y caro 167 euros la noche

Muy caro para 5 personas 167 euros una noche la calefaccion no funcionaba y la otra era muy bajo para calentar todo el departamento entraba mucho aire frio de afuera adentro del departamento las camas duras tenia lo basico pero para lo que ofrece el departamento muy caro

Ho prenotato questa struttura perché mi risultava avere "parcheggio gratuito" come segnalato nella descrizione. Il parcheggio non è privato della struttura quindi questa cosa vale solo se lo trovate, altrimenti dovete pagare. La stanza non è male, e la posizione è buona, si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti. Nella stanza l'unico sapone era un sapone per le mani, se volete farvi uno shampoo portatevelo da casa. Il letto è composto da due materassi singoli vecchi e sfondati, molto scomodi. La stanza inoltre era fredda nonostante abbiamo tenuto la stufetta accesa tutto il giorno. Al momento del check out quando ho segnalato queste cose all'host, mi ha risposto che per un low cost il loro servizio è anche troppo e mi ha bloccato su WhatsApp. Tenuto conto che ho pagato 82 euro per una notte non mi sembra esattamente un prezzo low cost.

Hébergement spartiate bien tenu. Equipement minimum mais correct. Accueil bizarre à distance -Ouverture des portes après paiement-, Comme nous ne pouvions pas payer à distance, le propriétaire a dépêché une personne pour nous accueillir et recevoir le complément de paiement. Attention le parking est dans la rue, il n'y a pas de parking privé.
