Helpdesk calls went to the UK and Ireland, when hotel was in Denmark. Carl in Ireland did his best to help us but he had limited options. "Wonderful concept. The owners provide a well stocked snack bar and you can make as much tea and coffee as you want. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. There is a fabulous sitting area to chill out in. Our room, which was to the front of the house, was a little loud. Everything was spotless!"

"The rooms and hotel are lovely. The staff were very nice and attentive. The only issue is that reception is not manned a lot of the time. So if you can't get into your room or lose your key your have to ring a number, which can be time-consuming"

"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....
