Betsy was a wonderful host and really took care of us. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and all our comforts were thought about. We loved the deck!
Property sets back off the main road in a little quiet community..It felt very cozy the minute you saw the place and Betsy is a great host. The view off the back deck and creek is private and enjoyable. Hoping to be available every year when we come in.
Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I was on a vacation/work trip and driving to New England with my 4-month-old Westie. Stopped here for a 4-night stay and I have family in the area. Loved the little apartment with the deck overlooking the creek. Betsy, the host, was wonderful, felt like meeting a long, lost friend. A lot to do in the Tunkhannock area. I would definitely stay there again. Richard and Miss Mae Westie.
The location was easy to get to, right off the main road. Close to shopping and local boutiques that Betsy shared with me. The place is cozy and Betsy had it fully stocked with snacks, coffee and other niceties. I especially liked the porch area to enjoy the creek views with my doggy. There was not anything I needed while I was there, Betsy provided it all. My dog enjoyed the close quarters. It only took him a day to sniff out the new environment. That's important when staying so far from home. Throughout the stay, Betsy gave me small gifts here and there to add to the charm. The apple pie was delicious! And she sent me off with a nice little gift. I really love my egg dish and the coffee. All in all a remarkably cozy stay. Itvwas like staying withba loved one. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tunkhannock area.
Had a wonderful getaway at this Creekside in the Trees. All as described except for the wonderful host, Betsy, who went out of her way to make us welcome and informed about the area. We had a great time exploring the area and visiting all recommendations Betsy made. Will visit again in the area, and pass info on to friends about the wonderful Creekside in the Trees.
