"Very basic hotel with a pool no restaurant or bar but nice and clean , the room was very nice and the pool was nice , nice quiet hotel, nice beach and the lady on Reception in the daytime was very polite and helpfull."

"Nous avions l'habitude de choisir cet hôtel comme point de chute incontournable à chaque arrivée et départ de la Tunisie, mais notre dernier séjour sera malheureusement le dernier. Tout avait pourtant bien commencé : à notre arrivée, l’accueil était aimable et la personne nous a gentiment proposé de régler la taxe touristique (annoncée à 6 DT) plus tard, voyant notre fatigue. Le jour du départ, mauvaise surprise. Un autre agent d'accueil nous réclame soudainement 32 DT. Le prétexte ? Nous serions des "étrangers" sous prétexte que nous avons présenté un passeport canadien, faisant totalement abstraction du fait que nous sommes tunisiens. Ce manque de cohérence et cette tarification à la tête du client sont inacceptables. Par ailleurs, le service en chambre laisse grandement à désirer. Pour une famille de 5 personnes, il a fallu réclamer à maintes reprises pour obtenir des serviettes propres, que l'on nous apportait au compte-gouttes. Même constat pour le café. C'est vraiment dommage de perdre des clients fidèles pour une telle gestion de l'accueil et des services de base. Nous ne reviendrons plus."

The hotel lives up to its reputation as a "palace," with every detail meticulously cared for . Dining: The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day . The quality of the food across the board was fantastic. Amenities: Whether you are looking to relax by the pristine private beach , enjoy the world-class thalassotherapy spa , or play a round on the stunning golf course with scenic views , there is something for everyone. The tranquility of the setting, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and coastline, makes it a perfect escape . Overall: This was my first visit, and I was so satisfied that I extended my stay . I highly recommend La Cigale Tabarka to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway in Tunisia. We can't wait to return!"
