Dreams Cape Cozumel did not meet expectations. The ac was not cooling, and when it did it sounded like someone had a jackhammer tearing out a wall.
The beds are comfortable; HBO was in English. We booked a week stay, and for the first three days we showered with tepid water, far from warm, tolerable to say the least. Maintenance adjusted the water temp, attempted to repair the ac banging.
Our group of 10 people couldn't sit together unless we were all at the hostess desk together. It was as if the staff couldn't move a table unless the hotel manager okayed it. I sound dissatisfied, yes highly. This made my 15th time to stay in Cozumel but the first for Dreams. I recommend El Cozumeleno, the other end of the island. It's pretty dated, but I love it

"Det var en opplevelse å bo i Punta Allen. Stedet er drevet av David og Angelica som hjalp også med alt. David organiserte også en heldagstur i naturreservatet med båt (han er kaptein), som er et must når en er her."

"Todo estaba muy bien a excepción de los mosquitos de los mosquitos hay muchos mosquitos que incluso con el repelente seguían molestando y picando y otra cosa a mejorar es que pasen a asear la habitación porque en nuestra Estancia no hubo quien la limpiara ni nos cambiara las toallas por lo demás ..."
