"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. "The complimentary breakfast on the beach was amazing every day. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was amazing… especially Arnold and Ms. Betty! "Hotel was nice and staff were awesome. Hotel is a little remote not much around it so you have to drive or taxi. The road to the beach is a little sketchy to walk with no shoulder. But overall it’s a nice hotel. Will be nice when they finish the gym and have a few amenities. Staying at other hotels in tulum I wish it had a small restaurant for breakfast at least since it is a bit isolated from town and not that best walk on the road to the hotel zone. "

"Secrets Tulum is now my favourite all inclusive. The service was top notch the rooms and pools were beautiful and well kept. Every room had a view of a pool area. Food was the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. I love that they offer transit to the beach area (because if you go to Tulum, you have to experience the boho beach vibe.) My only wish is that they had the transit go later in the evening. "
