"The room, kitchen, pool and gym were all very nice. The property is down an unpaved road with a lot of construction all around. I felt safe walking there but it is about a 15 minute walk to get to bars and restaurants. "

"El proceso de checkin y checkout es muy confuso. A traves de la app de expedia no tuve respuesta, sino hasta que hable directo por telefono. Ademas de eso muy amable la recepcionista, cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Yo si volveria teniendo en cuenta estos puntos"

My recommendation 10/10"
"My wife and I stayed at the Milam for our honeymoon. The resort is a sight to see, upon arrival we checked in and was greeted by the hostess. The hostess escorted us to our villa in which we were greeted by a gentleman with drinks. Once inside the villa there were rose petals and candles lit per our request and a bucket of ice and champagne. There is an indoor pool, and a king size bed. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and an area for luggage and shoes. This area also includes a safe. The pool was a nice size and was very clean, over time of using it, there was a fine skim over the top, this was after day five however, which I assume was from our body oils, lotions. The main pool area was always clean and had clean pool towels, the pool itself had a self cleaner that did not seem to be doing much by itself. I would recommend having an actual pool person assist with the things the self cleaner misses. The staff was nice and friendly, the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful, there is a bar by the outdoor pool that has an option for swimming or walking to access it. The bar area was the only area on the resort with a tv."
"The best resort we have stayed at, the staff amazing and courteous, the food top tier, and the resort so chic and modern. Perfect place for relaxation and tranquility. Will be visiting soon."
"This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids.
There are just a few things I hope the resort considers improving in the future. The Kids Club family time is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., which is the hottest part of the day. It might be more enjoyable for families if it were offered earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. The buffet also closes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while transitioning between menus, which isn't ideal for families with younger children who may need to eat during that time. Lastly, the rooms felt a bit warm during the hottest part of the day, even with the thermostat set to 23°C.
Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
"Dj vibe was Vegas style which we loved! Staff was very attentive and friendly, loved our treehouse for the price they had a complementary breakfast, which was great! We celebrated my husband‘s birthday, and they decorated our room. Also we celebrated anniversary at the same time and they decorated our room for $250.
One complaint which wasn’t their fault is that there was a lot of seaweed on the beach I wish I would’ve known. Best time to visit is between mid October till March to avoid that. They had cute boutiques to buy bathing suits and outfits if needed also great restaurants walking distance. Gracias por todo!"
