Neat cosy rooms. Good breakfast. The hotel is right next to the river with plenty of dining options. The hotel is also within a short walk (15 minutes) of the Tulcea railway station.

On the Saturday night we had a bad disco blaring out until after 2AM. They tried to make up up with poor quality of music with volume. The hotel itself is a bit dated but otherwise acceptable and we had a river view. Breakfast very good. Parking could be a bit of an issue, limited, fortunately we found a good space and did not need the car until we left.

Nice hotel

The room was big and nice and the bed was excellent! The only downside was the room did not had river view, as advertised, but city view. That was pretty bad, as the windows were facing South and the weather was very hot!

Bring your own pillows

Pillow was so thick it made our necks sore. The room was too hot and AC was off because it is early November. Would have left balcony door open but air was smoky. Had salmon at restaurant and it was raw on inside. Had to send it back to finish cooking. Expected more for this price.

Very nice comfortable clean hotel with no hassle. Rooms are big, beds super comfortable, what more can you ask. Breakfast was ok but most likely Romanian cuisine which i wasnt used to

Das schiefe Hotel von Tulcea

Das Hotel ist auf allen Ebenen schief! Im Zimmer bis 10cm höhenunterschied zw. Tür und Fenster! Unglaublich das so ein Bau noch in Betrieb ist. Sonst ok Restaurant sehr gut.

Het smerigste hotel ooit!

Dit hotel is zo slecht en geen enkele ster waardig. De kamers waren vies. Een suite voor 4 volwassenen bestond uit een 2 persoonsbeschrijving en een slaaprek ja letterlijk een ijzeren rek met een topper van 4 centimeter. Hoe moeten 2 volwassenen hierop slapen? Het ontbijt was net zo smerig als de rest van het hotel. Geen woorden voor dit hotel en begrijp niet hoe jullie dit durven aan te prijzen als een 4 sterren hotel. In het hotel hangt een akelige waardoor je zo snel mogelijk weg wilt! Geprobeerd met de manager te praten deze was er zogenaamd niet. Maar het personeel gaf toe hoe slecht en vies het hotel is.

Right on the "Delta!"

Delta was a wonderful hotel. We stayed on the 4 star side, and i'm not sure of the difference because it looked like the same front desk for both hotels. Because we were 3 people, they gave us an enormous corner room, which had floor to ceiling windows and probably the most amazing view of the Delta Dunarii. The only issue was the pull out couch-- it felt like nails were going into my back. I had to sleep on the couch itself which really isn't a bed. The wifi was a bit shotty-- always turning on and off, and not really available in the rooms. We had a couple of power surges during our stay as well but I guess that's because of the storm! The woman attending to the pool was kind of rude, and wouldn't turn on the pool lights for us, until an entire volleyball team entered the pool.

Nice hotel on the riverfront

There are not many hotels in Tulcea. This is a nice hotel on the river front. If you are going on a delta tour this is a good place to stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and located in a good area. It was interesting because the hotel slants in a direction ever so slightly. In our room if you set a marble down I would suppose it would roll forward. Both my wife and I noticed it. It was not an issue but just a quirk. The breakfast is very nice and has many options. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
