"Clean rooms and a super friendly staff far outweigh the few draw backs. No, it's not in the greatest neighborhood, as with MANY properties in Tucson. The big difference here? The friendly security guard (who I intend to stay on the good side of- he looks like he wouldn't take much crap), the functioning security gate, are proof that the staff takes guest safety seriously. Actively addressing issues before they might arise, as opposed to other motels who do nothing, ever. The pool was closed for maintenance (not just an excuse to keep it closed, they're actually MAINTAINING it- it's refilling as I type this.) There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, which is a bit of a bummer, but given the best price in Tucson, there have to be SOME drawbacks. The best price in Tucson whose quality easily outranks the next 20 up the list, when ordered by lowest price. I've stayed places in Tucson and paid double these rates for filthy rooms and terrible staff- not here. Ok, I've blabbered enough. I'm summary, this place is perfect for those needing an inexpensive room who really don't want to worry about safety, cleanliness, and an informative, hospitable staff. You'll get all of that at the Super Inn."

"Stayed overnight after surgery. Hotel was clean, staff were wonderful. Sad that there was no restaurant in hotel open earlier than 5. Hotel comped an appetizer and drink there but I was already sawing logs. Bed was very comfy; no foreign body odor smells on the linens. Could not get the lights on each side of the bed to turn on, so had to rely on one across the room. Also, the light on the desk did not work. Disappointed that the hotel only offered direct tv to view. I could not locate info on how to connect to Wi-Fi, and lack of light in the room was the main issue. In spite of all the minutiae, I’d definitely stay there again."
