Not sure if the covered parking was included, but there were rows of ten empty spots for the 4 days i was there and no one I asked seemed to think they were reserved even though there’s numbers on the roof of each covered spot. Very quiet, safe, pleasant complex, pool was nice, several gates using the parking lot code open onto the 50-mile loop river...
