"Location was excellent. In the heart of the City but very quiet in the apartment. The only thing let us down was that (5 adults) and they left us only 1 toilet roll, 1 sachet of shampoo and no bottle of water to welcome the guest."

"We got a 2 bedroom suite and the beds were fine. Bathrooms were stinky and mold looking black thing to the grouting and top of the roof. Shower heads were old and it’s just a not pleasant experience. Other than that breakfast was okay, Staff are really friendly and helpful."

"The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin"

"The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided."

"No shower heater. It is very important to have a heater in a cold place like Baguio. Very disappointing. "
