"夜かゆくて眠れませんでした。布団に入ってから虫さされのような感覚がずっとあって、痒さで明け方まで短時間眠ってはかゆみで起こされてというのを2～3回繰り返しました。どう考えてもダニのようなものだと思ったので、殺虫剤を布団の中にまいたところ、ピタッと痒さが止まってようやく眠れました。最初に玄関の扉を開けた瞬間から嫌な臭いがしたのですが、特に１階はその匂いが強く、しばらく窓を開けていても取れませんでした。浴室の扉がカビだらけだったり、キッチンのIHコンロの場所がかなり汚れていたりと、全体的に清掃がなされていないようでした。釧路自体は楽しい思い出も多く作れたのですが、この施設の衛生部分がとにかく残念でした。"

"The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!"
