"The location is excellent—just 2–3 minutes’ walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to several museums. We also had a partial ocean view from our room. A shopping mall is only a few minutes away, with plenty of dining options. My three-year-old daughter even dragged me to the Pepper Lunch restaurant downstairs right after her shower! There’s also a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel is great. Since most museums open around 10–11 AM, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out."

"Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. I reserved a non smoking room. I’m very sensitive with the cigarette smell and I can smell some remnants of the smell of the cigarettes. We were offered to transfer to another room."

"It was my first time in Tokyo, and my stay was splendid. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would sometimes amuse them with my little japanese and google translator. Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo. "
