"Just wonderful. You will not find this level of service even in Mombasa and Nairobi hotels. The staff is amazing as are the culinary creations from the on-site restraunt. There is nothing I can say negative about this experience. In the jungle living like a king. To those who expect National Geographic please set your sites lower. While you will see plenty of African animals the king of the jungle is elusive."

"What a joke this place was. Worst place have ever stayed, anywhere, including Africa. Firstly, no address provided, as they don’t have one. Tried to request address by email. No reply. The day of checking in, tried to call to get their address, multiple times. Firstly reckoned there was no booking. Then refused to answer the calls. Arrived in Voi late evening, managed to phone them to get directions to the place, up a rough dirt track which was impossible to follow. Finally sent a person on a...

"Google maps struggled to locate it. Actually part of Voi Wildlife lodge. Good facility. Elephants came to the river behind the camp in the evening. Fun to see them up close."

"I called them to confirm on my way from Nairobi and they advised they were closed due to covid. I made this reservation two months in advance and they had my email address, yet NEVER INFOMED ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. I am expecting a full refund! VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION"

"Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and...

"The animals truly do walk by this location OFTEN! As soon as I checked in I saw elephants, giraffes, monkeys, and zebras with the first hour. Sitting in your own private pool to view the wildlife was the cherry on top.
Even though you're in a secluded area, Manyatta Camp offers extremely reasonable prices for their food and drinks. You can always walk to Voi Wildlife Lodge for more options and viewing opportunities.
Lastly, the staff here will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is perfect. I can't speak highly enough about them. Superb service all around.
Waking up to hear the sound of birds greeting the sun was so memorable. I loved my stay, and think others would too."
"I loved my 1 night stay at the Amboseli Sopa Lodge, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amboseli National Park. The lodge itself is located just outside of the NP, but they conveniently have a buffet-style restaurant inside the park. We were pleasantly surprised that all of meals, including our lunch in the restaurant inside the park, were included in our nightly fee. The facilities are fabulous, the food is excellent, and the staff is wonderful. "

"This is the lodge on the property of Tsavo West national park (safari). It is of the high quality accommodation with an opportunity to see the wild life and game directly from the room's balcony and the terrace of the restaurant. Two water holes attract various species such as zebras, giraffes, antilopes, elephants and water buffaloes. Having a breakfast with a view of the mountains and the flat bush country with the wild life/game in it is what we came to Kenya for. We were able to arrange game drives directly from the lodge - they have a whole fleet of jeeps specifically designed to accommodate rough conditions of safari terrain. Our guide William is the professional naturalist with an encyclopedic knowledge of the safari life. There wasn't a single question that he didn't give an exhaustive answer to.
Since the property is located in the national park we had to enter the park no later than 6 pm. We were driving from the southern resort in Diani Beach on the very congested road and could only get to the park at the midnight. We contacted the lodge and the service agent by the name Dorkas made all the arrangements for ranger if the park to open the gates and finally check us in at 1 am."
