"It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !"
