I would suggest that Guest Ready ditch the AI and provide REAL HUMANS to actually read emails and care enough to provide a real response to problems. The worst customer service I have ever encountered."

The host was extremely friendly and gave us many great tips on places to visit, including Águeda, Aveiro, Costa Nova, and Barra, as well as recommendations for local restaurants and regional treats. The house itself was excellent, with a spacious kitchen, impeccable cleanliness, and a lovely patio. Sharing the pool with others was also very easy and comfortable."

"This is a high quality apartment in a very good location. You are a 15 minute walk from the Art Nouveau museum and the heart of the canals and restaurant area. There are 2 small grocery stores within 2 blocks, and a few restaurants in the immediate area as well. Everything in the apartment is modern and works well. The bedroom is spacious and there is plenty of closet space. the kitchen is big enough with a full size refrigerator. The AC is excellent, as is the bathroom. The washer is new and...
