The outdoor areas are the heart of the villa and offer a splendid, uninterrupted view of the deep blue sea, with breathtaking glimpses at every turn. In addition, the presence of a table and outdoor kitchen and barbecue area encourages moments of conviviality and relaxation.

The interiors, accessible directly from the outside, welcome you with a modern and elegant design.
Bright, airy rooms characterized by light and relaxing tones invite you to rest, and the sleeping area, designed for maximum comfort, can accommodate up to 6 guests in its three bedrooms, served by two modern bathrooms.

From the magnificent outdoor areas, you access the bright living room of the villa through a spectacular sliding glass door. This opening is not just an entrance, but a true visual and spatial continuum that perfectly blends the indoor and outdoor spaces, maximizing light and the sea view.

The living and dining area captivates with its essential, modern, and elegant lines, defined by a neutral color palette that invites relaxation. A distinctive element that enriches the space is the ceiling featuring beautiful exposed wooden beams, a rustic-chic touch that adds warmth and character.

The day area is completed by the kitchenette: a compact yet extremely functional and optimally organized space, equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals.

Leaving the living area, you enter the sleeping area, designed for maximum rest. Here you will find three spacious and airy double bedrooms. One of these offers the privilege of direct access to the outdoor area, ideal for enjoying the morning breeze. The villa is served by two complete and well-finished bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

I stayed in this lovely villa with my family for two weeks. We loved it, very spacious, clean, open spaces and literally on the sea: you just need to cross the road. The wildlife and nature of Costa Paradiso is amazing and The agency Sardinia Unlimited helped us for anything we need. Thanks guys!

No Internet, Terrible Beds, Barely Any Water, Extra Charges

The neighborhood is beautiful, but this house and management company has serious problems. At the last minute, they told us we owed them money and would have to cancel our stay if we did not pay them. They do not accept VRBO payments and insisted we pay them directly. They stated they sent us emails to pay, buy there were never any emails sent. Instead of enjoying our ferry ride from Corsica to Sardinia, we frantically tried to find a way to pay them. It took close to 5 hours to resolve the issue. If they accepted VRBO payments, we could have paid the balance instantly. There is no Internet. We were told we could go to a local restaurant. We are business owners and must have internet access. Their listing is lying about internet. The home barely has water pressure. The shower only has a tiny flow of water. We told the management company, and they told us to call the check-in person. We are on vacation, we are not there to coordinate the maintenance of their house. This was unacceptable. They charge 20 euro/person extra for linens and bath towels. This is absurd. They should just charge more. They made us pay for tax in cash. Again, this is just bad service. Their bed is terrible. It is a memory-foam bed that has two large indents in them and you feel like you are about to fall out of bed all night. This house could be great, but it has terrible management company and clearly needs maintenance. Choose another home and management company.

À l'arrivée, nous avons compris pourquoi il portait ce nom “Porta sul Mare”= “Porte sur la Mer”. Se trouve juste au bord de la mer, littéralement à quelques pas. En Sardaigne, actuellement il est difficile de trouver une villa si proche de la mer. Costa Paradiso est, à mon avis, l'un des lieux les plus spéciaux de la Sardaigne. En Juillet comme Août, c'est trop touristique, mais vous savez ... les plus beaux lieux sont aussi les plus populaires ! Rina et Sardinia Unlimited nous ont aidés à partir du moment de la réservation jusqu'après le départ !Merci et à bientôt. Amelie

Ausblick top, Rest Flop

Das Haus sieht auf den ersten Blick echt toll aus, aber nach ein paar schnellen Eindrücken, hält es nicht das was es verspricht. Die Duschen funktionieren zwar aber es kommt nur genügend Wasser wenn im Haus kein anderer das Wasser aufdreht. Abgesehen davon sieht die Duschamartur extrem wackelig aus. Während beim Duschen das Wasser teilweise fehlte, hat die Klospülung nicht aufgehört. (Erst als wir den Abdeckung abgebaut haben konnten wir selbst bestimmen wann die Spülung gehen soll bzw aufhören soll.) Die Badezimmertür sollte auf keinen Fall Wasser abbekommen (eine Sache der Unmöglichkeit) da du sonst echt Probleme bekommst die Tür überhaupt öffnen bzw schließen zu können. Die Wohnung ist zwar für 6 Personen ausgeliefert aber du hast aufjedenfall Fall ziemlich viele „kleine Mitbewohner“. Ameisen über Ameisen, wenn du denkst du hast alle beseitigt kommt in 5 min eine neue Ameisen Straße. Zum Glück hatten wir auch genügend „Waschhände“ den eine Spülmaschine war leider nicht aufzufinden genauso wie eine Mircowelle. Die Küche in der Wohnung sah zwar auch auf den ersten Blick ganz gut aus, aber beschädigte Arbeitsplatten konnte man ohne viel zu suchen schnell finden. Geschweige den vom fehlenden Gas für die Herdplatte. (Dafür war die Outdoor Küche mit Gas ausgestattet.) Ganz wichtig! Nachts alle Türen schließen, da sonst die Gefahr besteht das sich ein Wildschwein ins Haus oder in den Garten verirrt. Der Ausblick ist aber echt sehr schön.

Unfassbar schönes Sardinien

Sehr herzlicher, sympathischer Empfang im Haus, vor Ort. Tolle Villa, Einrichtung und Zimmer sehr ansprechend. Leider fehlte der Geschirrspüler und Liegen auf der Terrasse. Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Sonnenuntergänge dort genossen. Insgesamt sehr schöne Villa!
