"Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains. Overall, decent stay. It served our needs well and would stay again."

"The hotel advertised an airport shutlle bit on arrival it wasn't running. The staff seemed very unconcerned when questioned about this. A piece of equipment in the exercise room was broken. Not sure how long this had been in that condition. The hotel in general seems a little tired. "

"The hotel is old, my room was dirty. The furniture is old with stains. I had a broken chair in my room, also there was a strong curry smell in the hallways, the curry smell is masked with scented cleaner but it's still comes through. The towels are very thin as well. The website advertise a bar but there's no bar anymore. I will never stay here again. However the staff was very nice."

"Terrible night stay here. Hardly got any sleep. Doors slamming all hours of the night from the main entrance on the first floor. How about investing in slower closing mechanisms or soft close. Not Fort Knox boom boom boom all hours. Paper thin walls baby crying and people yelling at each other all through the night. Also, what’s the point of offering a kitchen or advertising a kitchen in the rooms when you get when you have to pay extra for them. Fridge rattles all night. Also being a pet friendly place. $65 dollars total in fees for a pet to stay with. $50 of this is non refundable “cleaning fee”. $15 a night. So let me get this straight. You have fake wood laminate tile in the rooms and not even carpets. Where does the extra cleaning come from? Does room service not mop the floor after each visit? Sure seemed that way as pink beads were all on the ground in our room. No tissue boxes in the room either. For $210 I paid for this hotel was expecting Hilton or Ritz amenities! No coffee maker in the room. Hot water at the coffee machine in the lobby no tea bags. I could go on and on…. Only positive was the front desk guy was great! If you have a per avoid this place as it’s a rip off. If the management team were decent people they would refund the cleaning fee if no extra ordinary cleaning was needed from a pet. Not just hey we’re taking your $50 and thanks! The fee should be right on the main page too where pet friendly is. Not under a drop down page of policies."

"I had a horrible experience with this particular location. First off, when I asked the front desk for another blanket for my kids bed they originally told me “NO” and that I shouldn’t have more than 5 people in the room anyway……Well I have 6 kids and I am not splitting them in different rooms. I finally was given an other blanket. Then I had to go back to the front desk and ask them to turn the music down as it was loud enough to be a club. Then to top it off there was no hot water for showers!!!! The roof leaked when it was storming and they had no idea if there was a tornado shelter as we were under a tornado watch during my stay. Will not recommend this hotel or stay in any other Wyndham hotel. "

"Checked in late with a desk clerk that was efficient. The hotel was in the process of updating some rooms in the evening hours, and we had to walk through the construction area when leaving the elevator. The room was adequate as we were really using as a sleeping area and gone most days. You need to notify the front desk if you want to have housekeeping each day. The beds were surprisely comfortable with an abundance of pillows. The breakfast was sausage and biscuits, waffles and juice each day of our 4 day stay (we did not partake as we had other plans)."
