"The hotel was very nice, it felt more luxurious than the price. My room was gorgeous, although the view was obstructed. The staff and food were wonderful. I wish I had more than 1 night there, I did not get to enjoy the pool or spa."

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights in four days. The first room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I spoke with reception upon leaving and told them of our issue. When we returned for our second stay, we were delighted to find we had been upgraded. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was better still a bit hard but we slept better. We enjoyed breakfast on both stay and found it to be excellent and plenty of to eat. The staff were excellent. They were very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. The main person we dealt with during our stay was Da and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. He recommended restaurants and made bookings for us. Thanks Da you made our stay great. We also dealt with Alex who also helped us with booking a trip to Halong Bay. Thanks to everyone and would stay at this hotel again."

"Very good hotel , location is central to everything. The room is very clean, comfortable bed, refrigerator and a safe for one’s belonging. Breakfast had a good selection and staff are the best. Jenna , the manager is very helpful and knowledgable on what tours to take and what time in Hanoi. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever lucky to make it Back to Vietnam"
