The room was very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location. Very quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate. We will certainly stay again if we head to Trieste again. Very convenient for cruise ship passengers.

My impression from the listing was that it was a boutique type hotel. The proprietor was only present in the mornings. The facility consisted of 4 rooms an entry way and a dining room. We did not receive instructions prior to arriving how to access the entry way. We stood in the heat weary, after traveling 22 hours trying to call the number on the plaque outside the door. When we finally reached the proprietor he buzzed us in. I climbed the stairs looking for the property and at first couldn't locate it. I called back and climbed down from the 5th floor back to the first. The elevator was not working and my husband at age 76 had to haul up our large suitcases 3 flights of steps. I couldn't help as I had recent back and kidney surgery. The breakfast spread wasn't appetizing at all so we had plain yogurt and a piece of fruit. The rooms were clean and adequate but the flooring was in need of repair in front of the bathroom door. When we were arriving back from our outing the next day 2 older gentlemen, one with a disability waiting in the heat were having the same difficulty accessing the building. I really would not recommend this facility

We arrived from out of country nearly four hours before check-in. We were allowed to store our luggage and grab some lunch while our room was prepared. Our room was spotless clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast each morning included in the price was very nice. Would stay here again if we return to Trieste.
