"Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. "We were taken back by the beautiful and unique Italian suit with very tall ceilings, large windows on three sides, plenty of space to move around, and a view of Lake Como we had not seen expected. You could spend your stay in the suite and be happy. Ariana is very attentive and accommodated our dietary needs for breakfast. We had a nice stay."
