"Breakfast the staff were not monitoring when certain foods etc were running out and had to be chased, then it seemed to take an age. The food was nice though. The cost of the buffet evening meal was far to steep so never eat there atall, a bit more thought could be used to make it on par with establishments near by. In general the hotel was nice in a great location the staff were polite and helpful although a little slow as per the breakfast comment. The safe charge is not justified only the...

"Nicely located self catering apartment in Cala Galdana. 10 min walk to the beach, but it is a steep walk. Overall the area was quiet and peaceful as you’re away from the centre, but still nearby to restaurants and shops. Kitchen could be better equipped considering we were there for week, but we managed fine. Also we felt that the property could be cleaner on arrival. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation worked well for us."

"Very nice spacious apartment with kitchen facilities and fridge. Fan works well, no concern for AC. Gorgeous balcony and pool facilities. Good communication with host and accommodating. Very good location to beach and bus stop. Port is only 15 min walk downhill. No safe available just to be aware of"

"Great hotel in a very nice location. The rooms were clean and nice (although the views in my room were not great). The pool area was lovely and we never had any issue finding a sun lounger. There's also decent beach a short walk away. One of the best things of the hotel were the staff, who were very friendly. If I could improve something though it would be the food, as it was a bit repetitive and even in the evening the hot plate sections didn't have anything exciting. The desserts were also...

"Two bed apartment with private balcony well worth the upgrade. These apartments are away from main hotel so nice and quiet. There are three apartments together; the kitchen area in our apartment only had 2 electric sockets whch were in an inconvenient place. The nearest gate out of the grounds to the beach has been blocked by a large recycling compound which may not belong to the hotel but a new gate is needed to avoid hopping over the wall!"
