"It’s hard to find the entrance for the hotel parking. So we got frustrated and the charge was quite expensive for a short overnight stay. Breakfast was very pleasant experience though"

"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service especially if you plan on spending most of the trip in Ortisei. The hotel came with a free bus pass for the entire stay. I am already planning my next trip to the Dolomites and will be looking to staying here again."

"Best breakfast we have had at a hotel and enjoyed using the spa facilities. The grounds are beautiful, rooms updated, and bed was comfortable. 5 minute walk to the Centro. Very positive experience!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
