We left immediately. Unfortunately it was prepared so that money was lost, but save yourselves. We didn't want to touch anything. Stains were on curtains, walls, bedding, it was just gross. Lovely accommodation in a really central part of town. The only downside is the accommodation is next to a rather noisy take away and people congregate outside and do drinking until the early hours. That said the accommodation provide earplugs and I slept well.
