"Waited outside at 7pm for 20 minutes for no valet to show up. Cars just piling up behind us and giving us dirty looks like we are the ones causing issues. We decide to move the car ourselves and walk back to the lobby. Wait is long and finally it’s our turn. I tell her we’ve been waiting outside for almost a half hour for your valet. She says “oh they sometimes take breaks, self parking will be $40 per night for the stay”. Ugggghhhh. The one chance she had to make up for the bologna and she charges us for parking instead of sending the valet or just comping the parking. The amenities are so so. You can’t walk the area after dark. It’s not safe whatsoever. You will feel how unsafe it is there and dark as can be. We probably will not be going back. Overall the stay was bad, we tried to make the best of it. "

"Always a hot egg dish & a meat. Apples, oranges, sliced breads, bagels, mini muffins, apple & oranfe juice. Fresh coffee. The thing is at 9:30 everything is taken away, so get there earlier!"

"I paid for a queen size bed but was given a double/full instead (next to the elevators, so I heard them all night). When mentioned to the hotel staff, they tried convincing me that my room was a queen size. When I disagreed with them, they tried to convince me that queen size beds are made smaller nowadays. They eventually did move me, but the next room’s bed sagged in the middle and my wife and I woke up with sore lower backs."

"The room was ok. The shower set up was horrible because it was splashing everywhere in the bathroom. The parking is ridiculous, $67 a day for in and out privileges. The location was great and the fact they provide games for kids and allow dogs is pretty great "

"This property is pretty dumpy. It’s fine but nothing to write home about. I don’t think the website conveys the reality of what you are getting. If you are traveling and looking for no frills, this is one step above a hostel. "

"Hotel was clean and nice. Excellent breakfast selection, considering it was complementary, it was amazing. Particularly loved being a few minutes walk from Fisherman’s Wharf. I would recommend this hotel any day."

"Wish parking was included but its San Francisco nothing is free. Other then that staff was friendly - rooms extremely clean wish I loved "

"Pool is cute and sauna is nice, although you have to schedule a time to use the sauna, so plan ahead. Also, it’s not so easy to find so also plan in some extra time to wander around and find sauna before scheduled time. The room was nice however it was very noisy from both hallway traffic and road traffic….I think the walls are pretty thin. Nothing special, staff didn’t go out of their way to say hello or make me feel comfortable or welcome. No breakfast, just lemon water in lobby, very basic. There was nothing about the experience that would bring me back to book this hotel a second time. It got the job don’t for one night, before going to the airport at the end of my travels. "
