"Not in the best part of town and you can tell it was an SRO at one point. However the bed was incredible and we got a great nights sleep. I also think having the cafe there is nice but it was closed during our stay."
"The location of this hotel was fantastic with easy access to plenty of restaurants and places to visit for meals and nightlife. Very easy access to the bus too for visiting other neighborhoods like Union Square, Nob Hill, and the Marina. The staff was great too. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
We would have loved black-out curtains and a fridge in our room, but otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay. Highly Recommend."
"This is a good hotel in a convenient location. I took public transit into the city, so I have no idea on the parking situation. I needed to go to the Ferry Building and it's a short walk. The place was clean, modern and in good shape I'd stay here again."
