"Walking distance of a McDonalds and Red Lobster and several others close by. Staff was nice but clearly didn't seem to understand english if ask a question they brought me the wrong thing, or simply stared at me. Frustrating to deal with this everywhere in Miami!! Ask for linen for the pull out couch as at bedtime we realized they only gave us one sheet, no pillows, etc. I waited and no one brought them. Called back and was told there isn't any housekeeping staff so I would have to come get them myself. So got dressed and had to go get them. For the price I had to pay for this room I should have no problem getting it brought to me. Front desk was nice but the main person I checked in with was not very helpful in answering questions and just kept repeating the same answer. She clearly did not know how to appropriately help ME understand . So had to figure out the answer on my own. Not the end of the world its just aggravating to not have staff that communicates well. She was nice just not good with understanding what I was asking and could have been better at her job to explain. Otherwise the room was nice, not huge but clean. Beds are way to HARD for my taste but we managed for just a couple of nights. Wouldn't stay here again due to the bedding killing my back. But the room was satisfactory overall, very clean, etc. Breakfast was satisfying though not tons of options it was a good and we left with some food and satisfied with what it had to offer. "

"Got a room on this hotel, sheets were full of hair and other substance, ( pictures attached), absolutely disgusting. I spoke to front desk and she transfered me to another room . On the new room, Floor was dirty, shower head wasn't working, microwave didn't work. I requested a discount or refund do to poor conditions and was denied. I already contacted Expedia and waiting on a resolution.Sad."

"Roomy and clean house. We overall enjoyed the house and the location was convenient for getting to different locations in Miami (Zoo, Beaches, keys). Our only issue was the mattresses, they are uncomfortable and in need of replacement, hence 4 stars. To be fair we’re use to sleeping on foam mattresses and these are all spring ones. Kids loved the pool and the yard. Host was easy to communicate with."

"Christopher was an excellent host. He responded quickly to requests and questions. He is very pleasant.The house was great. It had everything we could ask for.It was very clean, nicely set up and the beds were comfortable. The pool was made comfortable for our gymnasts to enjoy after their meet.We will surely stay at Kendall Keys Oasis if I'm in Miami again."
