"Wish the parking instructions were clear. I didn’t know I had to collect the key before parking instructions the garage. I was stuck in the parking lot for a good amount of time until someone else me out. I could have drove up and paid 1 hour’s of fee for being underground for a few minutes. But I was holding for a smoother experience. I wish there was a pass code given during the time of check in for getting to the lobby via the elevators."

"Communication with host was excellent. This is a good place for young travelers, not multi-generational. The property was clean and easy to locate. On the downside, the stairs were narrow, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was only one full bath so for morning shower with 6 of us, it took a long time. It would have been very helpful to have an extra shower. There was no dishwasher and the washer already had bedsheets and could not be used. We also had trouble pulling the keys from...

"We had a lovely stay in Guelph at this unit. The apartment was clean and had everyyhing we needed for our stay. Communication with Mihaela was great, and she made sure to check in with us once the trip was booked and again just before our stay. "
