Only 4 miles to Townsend where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, river access, churches, horseback riding and river tubing, along with motorcycle and street legal UTV rentals. There are always activities at the visitor center like hot air balloons, club meets, lumberjack competitions or music festivals. There are so many wonderful things to explore, come stay with us and experience the very best the peaceful side of the Smokies has to offer. This was a great place to stay for our anniversary trip. Cabin was nice and clean. It was peaceful. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our young family had the privilege of staying at the Honey Bear Cabin in Townsend, TN. The cabin is secluded, clean, and peaceful. With our young children, it was the perfect setup for us to get away for a few days. We truly enjoyed our stay and Sheryl made everything incredibly easy for us.

Absolutely wonderful location, scenery, completely as advertised. Comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the front porch with the swing, watching the squirrels, chipmunks, birds and our little lizard friend. It had everything we needed for a memorable girls weekend. Just male sure if your people use alot of ice to purchase a bag of ice to put in the freezer. We did fine with the ice trays so it was not an issue for us! Wifi service was great but cellular service is spotty in the entire area of Townsend. If youre looking for a quiet place to disconnect and enjoy nature and scenery, this is your place.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The bed was comfy, the location perfect. We've stayed many places and this is definitely the most welcoming. There's nice seating with extra blankets.

Cozy Cabin in the Smokies

The property is well maintained and is very peaceful. The cabin is sticked and there is plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed being outside on the porch and the weather was great. The owner communicated well, and we had no issues. We will be back soon!
