"3bdrm House/cottage was very spacious and clean. Easy drive to Glimmerglass Park and Cooperstown. Beautiful view of the lake. Excellent stay for a family with 3 young children."

"Room was clean for the most part, bed was comfortable but up fairly high so it's hard for a short person like me to get into. Wifi was okay, not great, but I'm not sure if that's because I was on an upper floor. I wish the person who checked me in would have explained something, anything about the breakfast, amenities or even where the elevator is, I had to ask basic questions that should have been told to me at check in. Cleaning staff is very friendly and didn't rush me to leave. Breakfast was good, they even allowed me to get something to eat about 5 minutes before they closed everything up. Overall, not a bad stay, I have come there since and will soon and I hope the check in person talks more and explains things to other guests when they check in. I've never had a hotel not tell me about breakfast times, they usually encourage you to come there. Thanks."

"We were very happy with our stay. The view was beautiful overlooking the lake. The room was nice and clean, perfect for our stay. Friendly staff. We don’t have to ask for anything which was great. Would have preferred a better coffee pot than what was available. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience. Would stay again!"

"Exceptional! ! The house and property were even more stunning than photos on line . The first floor kitchen, dining and living spaces were perfect for our family of 15. We've never had a Vrbo with more fine touches - quality extra blankets , kitchen/ cabinets full of cooking basics and everything you could need . Communications with Jeffrey were fabulous - quick responses throughout the process both pre and during stay . Host was flexible and accommodating with some of our "asks". Kids loved the game room. The firepit / lawn overlooking the lake was the perfect gathering place for our multi generational family. Only wish it were warmer to take advantage of the dock, paddle boards etc ! Wonderful all around !!."
