"Great for a quick overnight stay!"

"The property is dated and needs modernization. The room was ok. Didn't interact with staff much. But the person checking us in was friendly and nice. Didn't have any of the breakfast so can't comment on that. Except it was from 0700-0900. A little bit early for me to get up. When in need of fresh towels and more TP we just had to ask and we're provided. Bed was ok. Pillows not the best. But then you get what you pay for. "

"We travel through Cortez fairly regularly and always stay at The Retro. It is super convenient, clean and quiet. Beds are comfy and the showers are incredible. We really like the good old style of motel where you can back your car up to the door, sit out on the porch and relax and feel comfortable."

"Older rooms with the wind howling through the door jams. Unique. Location is the draw. Dinner was so-so. It was the opening of the season so hopefully the food will improve. "

She let us know if we need anything that her and Chad was available anytime to help.The unit is stocked with extra food items , it is very clean, and well decorated. It has a spectacular view of the mountain range we enjoyed when we were there.This is a very quite setting and we felt at home. I would recommend staying at Twisted Cedars Ranch Thank You Heather & Chad"
