Convenient location near station and shops

The apartment was exactly as described and photos show, with lots of antique furniture and paintings around. The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, but adequate and as it’s on 3rd floor, you have to climb quite a lot of steep stairs to get there. There are windows front and back so it’s bright and airy. Location is close to station, Intermarché just around the corner and all the interesting parts of Tours are within easy walking. There are lots of restaurants but we found Bistro Rossini, opposite Intermarché, particularly good. We didn’t meet the owner, but communication was very prompt. A local agent contacted me by WhatsApp and met us outside property and showed us around. She was available if we had any problems- we didn’t, everything worked fine.

Convenient location close to station

The property was exactly as described and pictured. We were contacted by the local agent who met us outside and showed us around. She was also available in case of any difficulties, but we had no problems. Only negative is that apartment is on 3rd floor and stairs are quite steep. Intermarché is just around the corner and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. All the places of interest in Tours are within walking distance but there is also a good tram, and buses.
