"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"The place was bright and spacious, just like the ad said. We were four for the weekend and we didn't feel crowded. The beds were comfortable, so was the daybed. The place was clean and in a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our host, Kia, was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.It would have been nice to have a bit more supplies such as toilet paper and towels, although, I'm sure if I would have asked, it would have been provided.
