"Excellent property. Great location, helpful staff, the 1 bedroom were great for our family of 4 to have some space. Very well presented room. Only slight complaint was room wasn't ready at checkin and we had to keep chasing for extra towels and blankets and we only got enough for 3 people, not 4 booked"

"Property description and photos are consistent with the experience. Rooms are new, clean and nicely appointed. Good bed and good linens. HVAC works. Elevators are older/small and hallways are divided with fire doors which is acceptable, but not great. Lounge area off entry has good seating, espresso machine/tea. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely scores high on the value scale for its location. "

"Room was clean and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not spend too much time in the hotel on a day to day just for sleep so it was good! If you are travelling with alot of luggage/stuff the rooms might be small. We had only a backpack and it was great. Location is great right next to grand central to take subway lines and walking distance to many spots! Would stay again!"
