"Very nice and quiet area. Close to major tourist attractions around La Serena. I do like the fact that there’s a Moai right when you get to the hotel. I’m Rapa Nui, so I felt like I was supposed to be there. It was a surprise to me. Thank you for the service. I would definitely consider of going back next time I visit La Serena. "

They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. You could win a customer forever but you preferred to have your rent"
