Happiness: with lake view and pool

You will find our Happiness apartment in the hamlet of Maclino just above Toscolano Maderno, in a small and quiet residence.



A comfortable two-room apartment located on the ground floor that will allow you to enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda.



Furnished with care, it welcomes you with its lake view terrace that leads to the living area, in fact you will find a comfortable sitting area with dining table and open kitchen fully equipped that will allow you to cook delicious dishes like at home.

The living room overlooks the covered terrace complete with garden furniture where you can eat in the warm summer evenings or simply admire the lake while enjoying a good glass of wine.



The sleeping area has a bedroom with double bed and a big wardrobe.



The bathroom has a shower. Upon arrival you will be provided with towels and bedlinen.



The shared swimming pool is located right in front of the apartment a few meters away.



The apartment also has sun loungers available usable in the common garden close to your apartment or in the solarium area around the pool.



You will have a reserved parking space in the garage.



From 2025 there will also be air conditioning throughout the apartment.



The surrounding natural and wooded area is perfect for walking or cycling. Enjoy the peace and quiet in our Happiness apartment.



Restaurants, supermarket, lakeside promenade and ferries are just 5 minutes away by car.



To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 50 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Tourist tax 1 Euro per day and per person.



It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



the accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people including infants. We never accept more people than 4.
