"PROS:
The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The room was well stocked (dishes, toiletries, towels).
CONS:
What I disliked about my stay is that the walls are thin. I was woken up by my neighbors in the room beside me moving around and bumping things—just normal living, but it was as if they were in the same room.
I could also hear loud doors closing in the hallway. No one was being rude, the doors just shut loudly. I tried to shut mine quietly, but in order to get it to close completely I had to pull hard, which created a loud sound.
I also worry that if the maintenance is not up to par the entire place will be trashed within a few years. It could be a nice place for years, but it is a “no frills” kind of property."
"Only a few minor issues. which one was stayed for 4 nights, and the first couple nights had to get key card rescanned cause they would not work after 11am. The clerk on Wednesday fixed our cards to where we didn't have any issues after the fact.
Trash wasn't taken at all and either were towls replaced.
Other than that everything else was great with no issues. I think part of the issue was new staff from what I was told after going to front desk. Over all no issues and place was really clean. The tempature inside the room stayed constant which for triple digit heat was very welcomed."
"Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The hotel was exactly as pictured—new, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and took the time to ask how we were doing. It was such a pleasure to stay somewhere that is not only beautifully maintained, but staffed by people who truly seem to care about their guests. Thank you again—we’ll definitely be back, and will seek out Home2 Suites for future travels."

"We had a fantastic stay in Mesa! The home was nice, clean, had everything we needed and in a great neighborhood. We loved the outdoor area too. The hosts were great and communicated well throughout our trip. We can’t wait to come back!"

8/10 Good
"The house was lovely. The Air Conditioner did the job even when the high temp outside was 118! The master bedroom was huge, all the beds were very comfortable. The pool and pool table were wonderful! It was too hot to go in the pool during the day, but really nice at night. There is an aeration system to cool the pool water off at night which worked really well. (I probably wont visit Mesa in August again! LOL! )The location was good too, close to everything. The yard was immaculate and the outdoor furniture lovely! The game room/ living room was nice but a bit odd. Its a converted garage so there are no windows, but they made it into a game room/ movie room. This left no other space to visit with each other other than the poker table or the dining room table. I missed a comfortable seating area to drink my tea in the morning and visit with my family in the evening. The patio would have been perfect in less hellish weather. When we arrived, the sheets to 2 out of 4 of the beds were in the dryer and we had to make the beds ourselves. A little odd. There was also a broken umbrella in the outside trash can. A bar chair by the pool table either broke while my daughter was on it or had been left broken from a previous tenant. I was glad I got the insurance. I notified them of the initial issues immediately but got not response.Overall we enjoyed the home and would stay here again."
"One night stay and the best customer service I have had for as long as I can remember. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything. Being the middle of summer and 111 degrees, they came and got me in their cart for everywhere I needed to go on the property. The casitas are amazing and look to have been recently upgraded. Very comfortable bed and great amenities.
Thank you Gold Canyon for the amazing stay!"
