The 35 m² property features a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, washing machine, and TV with international satellite channels. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, and tennis court.



    The communal pool is open in summer (second half of June to end of September). Outside these months, opening times may vary according to community rules, so pool access cannot be guaranteed out of season.



    Nearby, you can enjoy the Torrox lighthouse, as well as bars, restaurants, and beach bars. Free street parking is available. Pets, smoking, parties, and loud noise from midnight to 8 am are not allowed. The property does not have air conditioning. There are no steps at the entrance or inside. Self check-in is possible. The building has a lift. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that government water regulations during your stay may affect pool use, garden irrigation, or tap water usage.

Schöne Wohnung an tollem Strand.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen sofort hilfsbereit. Cons: Etwas wenig Küchenutensilien. KEIN Wasser von 22:30 bis 7:00 Uhr!!! 3 Tage Bagger und Laster am Strand.
